I would guess that it does, since it involves screwing up the fp stack, which
will effect any x86.  It probably won't be as bad overall, since I doubt it
will strongly effect the SSE and SSE2 stuff, but I'd have to run to confirm,
and I presently don't have gcc 3.0 installed on a P4 . . .

Is dell using ATLAS?
