3.3.7: running fast, staying in same place

Guys,

Dev release 3.3.7 is out.  It is a simple bugfix on 3.3.6.  It fixes:
   * Install error for ATL_buildinfo
   * Altivec support for OS X/G4 (has been screwed up since 3.3.3)
