All of the old POSIX drafts that formerly appeared on this system have
been removed.  They were here as part of an online draft experiment
conducted by the IEEE Computer Society.  The policy for online draft
access is currently being evaluated by an IEEE committee and future
drafts MAY appear on this system, or possibly an IEEE bulletin board.

You can obtain copies of IEEE drafts and standards by calling 
800 678-IEEE.  [+1 908 981-1393 outside US].  (Please do not ask the
people at these numbers about online draft availability.  They are
document ordering clerks who have no knowledge of IEEE online draft
policies.)
